We are not personal trainers or qualified in any aspects of fitness, health or diet.

Both of us are members of 2 different gyms and are knowledgeable in the areas of maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Hardly a day goes by where we don't run, ride, hit the gym or do a fitness class.
You could turn this into a training week for some or all of your Extreme Week.

We can introduce you to our Personal Trainers who can advise you on all aspect of your training and diet. They can put together a customised training program for you to take home with you.
