I know my way around the Gold
Coast so if a day or 2 down there interests you, just let me know.
The Gold Coast offers world class beaches, awesome surf spots, Movie
World, Wet and Wild, Sea World, Dream World and a different selection
of activities and shopping.
It's a 2 hr flight south from Cairns, or approximately a 1900Km
drive.
You will incur extra costs to go there but it's a great place to
finish off your Extreme Week.
Bear in mind that the theme parks are very busy during school holidays,
public holidays and the weekends. You can spend 20-40 minutes and
more in cues to get on some rides. Mid week off peak visits are
the best times to go. |
